My name is Steven Froggatt, I am 24 years old and I live in Hyde Park, Doncaster.
I am a hardworking and reliable individual who is also punctual. I work well as part of a team as well as alone with minimal supervision. I am able to pick up new processes quickly and I am always keen to learn new skills. I am very adaptable to working in any environment and I always give 100% to any task that I undertake. I am straightforward and positive with a friendly manner and a good sense of humour. I enjoy meeting people and giving high levels of Customer Service. I believe that helping people is an important part of life and it’s always nice to have somebody you can rely on.
I have got a Level 2 qualification in Mixed Media and a Level 3 City & Guilds in Games Development
I worked at TESCOS as a Retail Assistant, within this role I was required to help stocking shelves, dealing with customer requests, cleaning duties and helping with deliveries. I have also worked at Interserve Working Futures as a Customer Service Consultant. In this role I was required to call customers after they had gotten employment and see if any problems had risen or if they needed any other help, my daily duties within this role included updating system information based on what the customer has said, meeting a daily schedule, building a relationship with customers and calling daily to see how the customer was doing.
I would like to work as part of a Customer Service team where progression would be possible. I enjoy helping people and think given the right opportunity that I could be a great asset to any work environment.
