My name is Louise Whiteley, I am 21 years old and I live in Intake in Doncaster.
I am a confident and outgoing person who will go above and beyond to satisfy the needs of both my employer and the people I work with. I take pride in my work and can easily adapt to new situations and meet new challenges. My punctuality, helpfulness and reliability make me an asset to any team. I am extremely hard-working and have a very keen interest in providing good quality care for others.
I have achieved a number of qualifications, such as seven GCSE’s which include C Grade’s in Mathematics, English Literature and English Language. Furthermore, I obtained Distinction Grade’s at College doing Level 2 Diploma Animal Care and QCF Animal Management Level 3. During these two courses, they gave me the opportunity to do Level 2 Employability Skills and Level 2 English Functional Skills.
I have previously had work experience in a number of places, which includes being a Retail Assistant for the clothing shop, H&M and the Furniture and Electrical shop for the British Heart Foundation. Other work experiences include, volunteering for a Kennels and Cattery for the Mayflower Sanctuary, being a Retail and Animal Care Assistant for the Markham Grange Pet Centre and working at Shepherd’s Place Farm as an Animal Care Assistant and a Visitor Liaison. I have also worked in a Hospitality environment as a Pot Washer for Whitby’s Fish and Chip Restaurant.
My ambitions are to develop on the skills I have gained already and I am also willing to learn new skills within the workplace as I am easy-going and an open-minded individual. I really enjoy working in a customer facing environment, meeting new people and developing long term relationships based on the excellent customer service I provide.
