My name is Daniel Robinson and I’m 18 years old, I have a wide range of skills that would be useful in a work place environment, for example I have good communication and listening skills as well as leadership skills. I am a friendly, approachable person that works well with others and I take note of other people’s opinions.
I also have other skills including:
- Health and safety
- IT skills
- Good with numbers
- Customer service
- Maths/ English
In 2014 I attended a 2 year personal trainer course in which I gained qualifications in health and safety and personal training, I also further developed my teamwork skills for example we had to work together to move heavy objects from A to B, I enjoy working hard as the end result is really rewarding for me.
During this course we did work experience working behind a reception my role was to answer incoming phone calls and direct customers where to go I would deal with complaints calmly and try to find a simple and quick solution to the problem without causing a fuss.
The type of work I am looking for is something along the lines of retail to warehousing and that also has a structured hierarchy system in place to show how much progress I have made and how much progress I will be making in the future.
