My Name is Adam Scott and I currently reside in the centre of Doncaster. I am keen and enthusiastic about getting back into work and am always willing to learn new things and develop myself. In previous job roles, I discovered that I am a team player with a drive to see tasks through to completion to a high standard. I am also hard working and punctual and am hoping to find a career rather than just another job. Due to my friendly and confident nature, I feel that I excel in a roles involving interacting with customers and/or other people.
I have English and Maths GCSEs at C grade, in addition to a Btec at level 3 in IT at Merit grade that I gained in College, the course covered a variety of IT based skills, including power points, spreadsheets, word processors and animation. Throughout my employment history, I have also received training in health and safety, manual handling and handling dangerous and hazardous materials.
My previous experience in employment has been in a variety of areas, including volunteering in the NHS where I was employed as a porter, mostly dealing with the transport of patients around the hospital, with additional training in domestic duties. In the telesales sector selling products to customers over the phone, and in warehousing where I worked to targets and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
